Payment methods:
Accepted payment methods are available by either Paypal Checkout, or Google Checkout payment processing
Credit cards accepted are Visa, Master Card , Discover, American Express.
All transactions are processed by the providers, NO personal information is retained by Iris Moon's Boca Beads
Shipping:
Standard shipping options are USPS Ground, USPS Priority, and FEDEX Air. Shipping options and cost are displayed upon checkout from the Shop.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Classes -
Due to limited instruction accomodations, pre-paid class are given priority over walk-ins. The class fee is paid upon check out. No refunds are given on classes unless the class is canceled by Iris Moon's Boca Beads. If you need to cancel, please be aware that all classes require a 24 hour notice. If sufficient notice is given, you will receive a store credit for the full value paid, to be used towards another class. If you cancel 24 hours or less from the start of the class or fail to show up for the class you will forfeit the class fee.

To return an item to us, contact us via email at irismooninc@gmail.com. We will respond with a return authorization number. Send the item within 30 days to:

Pack the item carefully for return shipment.
Include a copy of the packing slip that came with your order.
The items being returned must be shipped back at your expense through UPS or U.S. Post Office. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. We will not be responsible for lost packages or packages damaged by the shipping company.
Product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Circle or highlight the item on the packing slip and indicate how many you are returning. Please make all necessary notes on your packing slip, not on product labels.
Once we receive your return, we will credit the amount to your Iris Moon's Boca Beads Store account and send you an e-mail confirming this.
If you would prefer that we credit your credit card, please call us when you receive the e-mail, and we will be happy to do so. For your security, the Iris Moon's Boca Beads Store does not retain credit card information with your account; therefore, you will need to provide us with your credit card number, which will be used for the transcation, and then discarded.
